You have the right to see, correct, download and delete your personal data. Most of it you can do yourself in a minute; for anything else, ask us and we will answer within 30 days.
If you use NODRO (owner, admin or technician)
- See and download your data: Your account → Your data → Download my data. In the technician app: More → Your data and account.
- Correct your details: Your account → Your details. Ask your business owner to change your role or phone number.
- See where you are signed in: Your account → Where you’re signed in, with a button to sign out your other devices.
- Delete your account: Your account → Delete your account. You will be asked for your password. Nothing is removed for 30 days, and signing in again in that time cancels it.
- Owners also can download all the business’s data and, by deleting their account, delete the whole business.
If you are a customer of a business that uses NODRO
The business you dealt with decides how your details are used and is responsible for answering you; NODRO only stores them on its behalf. Please ask that business first. It has tools to download everything it holds about you and to erase your personal details (your name, contact details, notes, site address and signature) while keeping its job records. If you cannot reach it, write to us and we will pass your request on within 5 working days.
If you only visited our website, asked for a demo or applied to partner
We are responsible for that data. Ask us to see or delete it using the contact details below. Demo requests and partner applications that do not lead to an account or partnership are deleted automatically after 12 months.
How to ask us, and what happens next
- Write to us with what you want (see, correct, download, delete or stop a use of your data) and the name or number you gave the business or us, so we can find you.
- We may ask you to prove who you are, so we never give your data to someone else.
- We confirm within 7 days and answer within 30 days.
- If we cannot do something, for example because the law requires us to keep a record, we tell you why.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng).
Reporting a security problem
If you think someone else has seen data they should not, or you have found a weakness in NODRO, tell us straight away using the contact details below, and say what you saw and when. We treat these as urgent and handle them under our breach plan; where a breach puts people’s rights at risk, we tell the businesses affected without delay and the Nigeria Data Protection Commission within 72 hours.
More about how we handle data is in our Privacy Policy, and businesses’ rights and duties are in our Data Processing Agreement.
