Why NODRO exists
Most Nigerian service companies run on WhatsApp groups, paper notebooks and Excel. Jobs get lost in a chat. Nobody remembers when a generator was last serviced. A customer calls to ask where the technician is and the office has to phone around to find out.
NODRO replaces that with one system the whole team can use, including technicians on a phone with poor network. It was built for how technical teams here actually work, not adapted from software made for another country.
What we believe
- Built for the field. If a technician can’t use it on site, with bad network and one hand free, it isn’t finished.
- Your data is yours. You can export it or delete it at any time. We explain exactly what we keep and why.
- We say only what is true. No invented customers, awards or certificates. When something isn’t built yet, we say so.
- We set you up personally. We help each company move its customers and equipment in and train its team.
