In short: use NODRO to run your service business honestly, and respect other people’s data and the service itself. If you break these rules we will ask you to stop, and for serious or repeated breaches we can pause or close your account.

Why this policy exists

This policy is part of our Terms of Use and explains section 5 in more detail. It protects the businesses that trust NODRO with their customers’ details, and keeps the service working for everyone.

You must not

  • Break the law or store content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive or discriminatory.
  • Misuse personal data. Only record people’s details when you have a lawful reason connected to your work, and do not track a person’s location outside work you are doing for them.
  • Send spam or mislead people, including through service report links, WhatsApp shares or reminders.
  • Pretend to be someone else, or record work or signatures that did not happen.
  • Attack the service. Do not try to get into another business’s data, bypass or test our security without our written permission, overload NODRO with automated requests, or upload malicious files.
  • Copy or resell NODRO, reverse-engineer it, or share an account with people outside your business.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use, such as another company’s documents or photos of people who have not agreed.

Your team

You are responsible for what your team does with your account. Give people only the access they need, remove people who leave, and make sure technicians know these rules.

How we act

  1. For a small or accidental breach, we contact you, explain the problem and ask you to fix it.
  2. If it continues, or puts others at risk, we can pause the account until it is fixed. We tell you why.
  3. For serious or repeated breaches, or where the law requires, we can close the account. You can still ask for an export of your data first where the law allows it.
  4. If something is urgent, such as an attack in progress, we may act first and explain straight after.

See section 14 of the Terms of Use for suspension and closing an account.
